It's A Final Countdown

Hello.....It's December now! Hear the bell?

How's thing going on? 2006 has left only one month! Have you all achieved your budget in this year? For me, looking back of past 11 months, I won't say I have done an excellent job but at least some changes and life is moving on...

Thinking back around this time in 2005, 2005 was a tough time for agro-chemical business because of long drought weather and banned on a main product. During the company annual dinner in December 2005. My company has invited a motivator to boost up all the employees. He told us we should look forward for 2006. He said 2006 is definitely a better year compare with 2005. Yes, we make it. Thanks God!!!

For my personal achievement, I look into my diary to review my targets which I have set. Some have achieved and some are yet to achieve. Of course, there is always a suprised in our life. Overall, I am satisfied with my 2006 achievement. God Blessed!!! Although is left only few days, I will try my very best to make 2006 a memorable year.

And now, I am planning ahead for 2007. I definitely believe 2007 year is a better year. We must strike for better and better. There is a proverb said: If we want to walk tomorrow, we need to run today. Therefore, plan ahead and make a clear direction is essential in our life.

So, Let's move and get ourselve organized! Wish you a prosperous 2007 and Merry X'mas!!!

Instant Messenger

In my first post I was mentioned about IM. What is IM actually? IM is a short form of Instant messenger. I seldom use IM. But today I would make use of IM for my 4th post.

Why I seldom use IM? Before that let me tell you all about my history in internet. I came to know about internet when I was in form six. The first thing my friend told me is a/s/l. It's actually a short form of age/sex/location. He was telling the fun of chatting in the internet. Get to know friends in the internet world especially girls. During that time the two famous internet chit-chat software are MIRC and ICQ. People are use to chit chat with these two programme. But at that time the functions of these two programme were limited for sending instant message and photos only.

After graduated from college, I was totally give up on this channel and only use email for communication with friends. But the email providers are innovative. They didn't stop at this level to provide email to each other. They think how to make use of this huge community of email users. They realized that they have a huge email accounts and this could be another oppurtunity for them. From here there create a programme calls Instant Messenger. Instant messenger is simillar to MIRC and ICQ. But the Instant messenger is more advance. One of the advantages is you even can see whether your friends is online when you are reading your email. But the condition is both of you are using the same email provider, like yahoo! From there you might have instant message with your friends. Here you also can enter to the certain chat room to chit chat in certain topics and issues. But beware! you might be banned or get chased out from the chat room if you talk nonsense. You must have common interest with them.

Lately, When I open the instant messenger, I was discovered an icon of handphone. I was curious and click on it. I tried to send a msg to my handphone. It's reached my handphone! And it is FOC! But at this moment only celcom 019/013 can be reached. I was so excited therefore I sent this news to my friend. My freind told me to share this information in my blog. That's is why now I am writing this article. IM has many functions. You even can use it for video conferencing. But you must have the hardware like video camera. Before I forget, you have to download the IM software and install into your computer before you can use it. Just like ICQ.

Actually a lot of things can be done in the internet. A lot of imagination and creativity can put in for better communication and interaction. And this can make people get closer, get people connected from one side of other world. But be careful, we must make good use of internet. Temptation is everywhere in internet.

Myhouse

Hello everybody. How are you doing? Hope you all are doing well.

My third post I am going to share with you is my biggest commitment at this moment; myhouse. This is my house in Taman Buntong Jaya. Looks good, right? He has already 1 year old. Time goes fast. I was moved into this house in last November 2005. Thinking back I was so excited for having my new house at that time. Finally I own my first house in my hometown. It is one of my dream and GOD blessing I have materialized it. And also my mother's aim too as she was always thinking to own a house for the family. For that, I decided to buy a house in Ipoh and hope I can settle down here in future.

Ipoh is actually a nice living place; quite, fresh air. People in Ipoh are friendly. There is a joke I used to heard when I was travelled around the country. Outside people are used to quote us: "Ipoh mari ta-lak sombong". And Ipoh is popular with the beautiful girls. Any objection?

Ipoh is a small city compare with Johore Bahru, Kuantan and KL as well. The properties in Ipoh are cheaper compare to those big cities in the country. Nowadays you can easily find a double storey with less than RM200k in Ipoh. Recently I saw many new developments surrounding this city. I can say some of the new developments are really worth for money in term of the quality with the strategic location. The new residential areas are still near to the town. Its less than 20 minutes drive you will reach the major hotspots in the city. Here is less traffic jam. You will definitely enjoy driving in the city.

If you are look for a property in Ipoh, you properly can check out in the newspaper before Chinese New Year as the developers are used to advertise their new project at this time. This is the time they can target those who working outside and want to buy a house for their family. For your information, the goverment is now expanding the wireless in Ipoh. Ipoh will be soon becomes a wireless city.

So, my excitement towards my new house has cold down. And now I have to maintain and up keep my one year old house. Is just like a baby and we should take good care of him. But definitely the satisfaction is there.

A Picture Tells A Thousand Words

People are used to tell a picture tells a thousand words. Thus, I really wanted to put up a photos to start another blog. But I am too lazy to find a photo! Today my mentor, Mr Taikoh Lai from lovemelaka blog has urged me to put up something in the blog. Otherwise he will not visit my blog again. Let's Blog!

Hello everybody...... Today is a special day and I am now declare my first Blog: IPOH MARI is officially open for business. I would said this is another revolution for me to communicate with others in the internet world. I would call this 3G after email, IM. CHANGE is always take into our life. We should move on.
